Guillaume Viallaneix

Chief Executive Officer. Chairman of the Board.

As one of the co-founders, Mr. Viallaneix serves as CEO of the group since August 2006. He uses his 20 years of business experience, educational background and linguistic abilities to lead the company and create value for the shareholders. Prior to leading the Eden Spine Group, Mr. Viallaneix co-founded the spine entity “Scient’x USA Inc”, the US subsidiary of the European company “Scient’x SA,” contributing to making it a key player in the motion preservation arena in the United States. Mr. Viallaneix brings with him a global business vision and a multi-industry experience that fosters creativity and lateral thinking in the decision making process. His career includes working with giant corporations such as CIGNA, and smaller high growth companies such as Scient’x USA or Altiva Corporation. He now focuses on leading fast growing organizations toward successful liquidity events. Born and educated in Europe, Mr. Viallaneix holds an MBA from the American School of International Management in Arizona and an undergraduate business degree from Florida State University.

Mourad B. Mokhtar

President, Eden Spine Europe SA.

In March 2005, Mourad B. Mokhtar founded FlexisMed SA (subsequently renamed Eden Spine Europe SA), in Geneva Switzerland to address the challenge of removing spinal pain without removing spinal motion. He brings to the organization over 12 years of Research & Development experience. As a biomechanical engineer, his contribution to the value of the organization is highlighted by the 7 patents that Eden Spine Europe filed since its creation in 2005 and by the development of Eden Spine key non fusion technologies, the PERFX-2™ Posterior Dynamic Stabilization System and the Wellex™ Interspinous Technology and the WellDisc™ Total Disc Prosthesis. He also contributes by bringing to the group his strong relationship in the Scientific Community and his in-depth knowledge and understanding of the clinical side of R&D. Mr. Mourad B. Mokhtar was previously the Director of R&D of the Scient’x Group. He was the driving force behind all Scient’x motion preservation technologies, developing over 25 patented technologies and working numerous Motion Preservation technologies including among others, Dynamic Rods, Dynamic Plates and Total Disc Replacement Devices. He studied biomechanical engineering & materials and graduated from the University of Reims in France.

Suzanne Temple

Corporate Controller.

As an officer of the company, Mrs. Temple brings to the organization 15 years of financial management experience in health care accounting. Prior to joining the Eden Spine group, Mrs. Temple has held positions as a Controller, Division Director and CFO with organizations ranging from $1M to $200M such as Scient'x USA, Medco, and Health Data Insights. For the Eden Spine Group, Mrs. Temple has responsibility for overall financial management, accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, and investor relations, as well as worldwide information technology. She has ensured Eden Spine's moves towards a position of profitability, maintains efficiency and forward thinking, managing Eden's accounting, inventory management, and vendor relations processes. Mrs. Temple holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration specialized in Decision Information Systems with a minor in Accounting from the University of Florida.

Brad Roof

Customer Service & Logistics Manager.

Mr. Brad Roof brings to the organization over 20 years of professional experience, including 6 years fully dedicated to spinal sales support, customer service and logistical (inventory management) spinal experience. With an extensive knowledge of competitive technologies and an excellent understanding of Operating Room requirements, he also plays a key role in making Eden Spine one of the most agent friendly organizations in the industry. As Manager of the Customer Service and Logistics Department, Mr. Roof plays a key role in maximizing the efficiency in Eden's 'Supply Chain' and is focused upon providing maximum efficiency and communication in anticipating and meeting the needs and of our Sales Agents, Surgeons and Hospitals.
