Eden Spine, LLC, headquartered in greater Orlando, Florida was created in August 2006. The company acquired the Swiss R&D organization FlexisMed SA and its portfolio of dynamic technologies. In 2007 FlexisMed SA changed its name to become Eden Spine Europe SA positioned in Europe as Eden Spine's wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to motion preservation.

Known as a technology driven spinal organization, recognized for its know-how in the high growth motion preservation arena, Eden Spine is a privately held organization currently developing, manufacturing and selling in the US and in Europe a full range of spinal technologies, both proprietary  licensed.

Back pain is treated along a continuum of care ranging from conservative therapies to invasive surgical procedures. Eden Spine technologies are designed to address the full range of spine care. First, its proprietary less invasive motion preservation technologies have been developed to improve clinical outcomes, in the most cost effective manner, at each stage of the degenerative disc disease cascade. Second, the company's fusion technologies address the majority of today's market needs (60% of spine industry revenues).

Eden Spine is strategically positioned for today and tomorrows spinal market, as revenues are shifting toward early stage non-fusion treatments causing a move away from invasive motion limiting fusion procedures.
