Why did you decide to co-found Eden Spine, LLC in 2006?
Two words... Team and Science. In my view, the most important factor to any startup is the team. With the right team working together for the right reasons, challenges can be overcome, strategic adjustments are manageable, creativity is maximized...
Our Technologies
It is the latest addition to the Eden portfolio. The technology was launched by Eden Spine in November 2008. The NuMIS™ offers the flexibility of the Plate and the adaptability of a polyaxial screw.
The GIZA is an expandable preassembled titanium vertebral body replacement designed to save valuable O.R. time and decrease the risk of subsidence. Large surface contacts and adjustable plates with multiple angulations make the system an attractive option.
Company History
Eden Spine, LLC, headquartered in Lake Mary (Orlando), Florida was created in August 2006. The company acquired the Swiss R&D organization FlexisMed SA and its portfolio of dynamic technologies. In 2007 FlexisMed SA changed name to become Eden Spine Europe SA positioned in Europe as Eden Spine's wholly owned European subsidiary dedicated to motion preservation.
